Specification

Structure

  • RCC framed structure with external and internal walls of hollow concrete blocks. Internal and external walls cement plastered.
Lobby
  • The main entrance lobby will be done in a combination of natural stone flooring and textured paint for walls. Vitrified tiles and textured paint combination to be used in lobbies.
Lift
  • Passenger elevators and service lift of suitable capacity will be provided in each block.
Base
  • Vitrified tiling in all rooms. Ceramic tiles in bathrooms and balconies.
Entrance
  • Unit entrance door - Moulded panel door shutter with hard wood frame. Other internal doors - wood frame with flush shutter and fittings. Balcony doors - Aluminium frame work with glass.
Paintbrush
  • Internal walls: Putty finish in all rooms with oil bound distemper for walls and ceiling. External walls: Weathershield paint finish for the exteriors and common areas.
Kitchen
  • Polished granite platform with stainless steel sink and drainboard with single lever sink mixer. Ceramic tile dado above counter.
Refresh
  • Ceramic tiles for flooring and dado up to false ceiling. Floor Mounted EWCS, natural granite vanity tops with below counter washbasins and single lever taps, Chromium plated fittings and provision for Geyser. Shower cubicle in master bedroom toilet.
Energy
  • Concealed conduits with copper wires and suitable points for power and lighting. Provision for split AC/ ledge in all bedrooms. Wiring for cable TV will be provided. Television point in living room and master bedrooms.
Telephone
  • Points will be given in living/dining and master bedroom.
Generator
  • Generator back up will be provided for all common services. Each unit will have backup for upto any six lighting and power points, with a maximum of up to 2 amps.
Water
  • Drinking water supply will be provided in the kitchen and ground water supply to the rest of the points in the unit.
Gas
  • Centralized gas supply to all apartments.
Security Technology
  • CCTV surveillance system.
